Infections: correct amoxicillin dose for upper respiratory infections.

If amoxicillin is prescribed for sinus infections, middle ear infections, or pneumonia, the dose should be at least 1000 mg three times per day. Lower doses were used in the past, but higher doses are needed now because of increasing bacterial antibiotic resistance.
